Disney 2006
We had more fun than I can possibly describe and, of course, we took 5 million pics, but here's just a few of our favorites. (This doesn't include the pics from Scott and Raquel's or mom's camera!)Enjoy!
Our guests for the 2nd day were the Horans. EG and Jenna had a great time being together again and all the kids blended well together. It's so great to have so many great friends!
Will, EG, Jenna, Ashley, and Abbi

The big kids got to have some fun, too! Chris and Matt try to pursuade Darth to turn away from evil (like a good pastor should!). Needless to say, he didn't budge.
Our little Jedi's: Abbi, Andrew, EG, and Riley
Chris and Matt discuss religion and politics while the kids watch the opener to the Muppet Show

Sweet friends EG and Jenna

Poor Will got pretty tuckered out from all the excitement. A little nap w/dad does a guy good.

EG was a star in the Playhouse Disney show. She showed us all how a gorilla says "hello"

The Whites and the Horans
Who had more fun? Us, the kids, or mom? We're still pondering the answer to this question. We're glad that Grandma "D" came with us on our trip. What would we do without her? That makes this a multi-generational Disney Freak family.
EG and Jenna pretend to meet for the 1st time
EG and Will enjoy a Mickey ice cream bar--good to the last bite!

We're so lucky to have such faithful friends. The McCombs joined us on day 3. They braved the rainy weather and Disney with their twins, Reid and Emily. The babies were delightful and seemed to enjoy themselves. Mom and dad managed to have fun too! Did I mention what daredevils the 3 big kids were? EG and Andrew braved almost all the thrill rides (except 2 b/c of height requirements) and Abbi rode Splash Mountain!! We were all shocked at how brave they were. It was lots of fun. We all enjoyed the newest thrill ride, Everest, multiple times.

Okay, folks, does it get any better than this? I tear up just looking at these pics. This was the princess breakfast that we took EG, Abbi, and Kaela to. The girls had a wonderful time and we got great pics. Great Grandma Doris made EG's beautiful Belle gown. She got oohs and aahs all over the park that day.

Two beautiful princesses

EG and Abbi in front of Cinderella's tree--so sweet

We had lots of fun (and food) at Epcot. The kids really enjoyed "The Seas w/Nemo and Friends". Their favorite was "Turtle Talk with Crush". The new ride was fun, too. EG made a great commander on our shuttle for "Mission Space" (the light, kid-friendly version), and enjoyed Test track. She also got to be part of the German Christmas story time @ the Biergarten. Lots of characters, fun, and food was had by all.

EG w/one of her favorite princesses, Sleeping Beauty.

Walt and Mickey
All good things must come to an end. We were tired, but we went until they closed the rides @ 11pm on Sat. night. We were sad to see it all end, but were excited to get home for Christmas. The kids were real troopers and kept up well. We just wish we could freeze their little joyous faces just they way they are right now. We hope to return soon, but who knows when that will be exactly. God gave us a, wonderful, fun, and safe family time together and we were grateful.
Will fell asleep as soon as the fireworks were over and didn't move until we got back to the hotel. He had so much fun riding the rides and meeting the characters. He surpassed our expectations for a week @ Disney. He's such a delight. Seeing the joy in his eyes was incredible.
